Video Discription: Due to excessive flooding in Frankfort, Kentucky, the Wayward Marina dock broke off. The debris floated and flowed through the muddy flood water. It hit the Singing Bridge, one of the oldest bridges in Kentucky. It moved underneath the bridge and broke further.
