Video Discription: A 35-year-old Tokyo, Japan man was arrested on Monday for allegedly pimping out baby-faced women who were asked to dressed up as children in primary and middle school. The accused man, Yasuyuki Fukui, is said to have been running a in-call prostitution ring in the Tokyo area by posting ads in newspapers offering teen prostitution. However, the women Fukui hired are actually over 18. Fukui ordered them not to blow their cover even going so far as making the women who dyed their hair, put on wigs.

Fukui is facing charges for sending a 19-year-old woman dressed up as a middle school girl to hook up with a 29-year-old office worker in a hotel in Tokyo's Shibuya district on February 25. Police arrested three men in charge of the ring on Monday.

According to Fukui's ad, his ring offered teen prostitutes ranging from primary fourth-grade to high school aged girls. Even prices were out in the open. For 90 minutes of "free time", one would spend anywhere between ¥80,000~¥100,000 ($800~$1000 USD), with the fees increasing with the "younger" looking girls. The ring is said to have generated some 20 million yen (US$200,000) over the last ten months.
