Video Discription: Amid the escalating COVID-19 situation in the Philippines, tourism has dropped, and the culinary community on the island of Siargao was not spared from the resulting economic crisis. However, Chef Andrew Malarky of Wild Restaurant and his team knew that the locals and stranded tourists still needed to be fed, and fed well.

In an effort to boost a sense of hope and community among the customers and struggling chefs, Wild Restaurant implemented a dynamic "Kitchen Takeover" concept. This gave the island's culinary experts a platforms to flourish despite these restricting times. Check out their story below!
